Privacy Policy

    Last updated: 1 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Admire Digital Marketing FZC collects through admiredigital.ae, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it.

We have tried to write it in plain language. If anything is unclear, email us at hello@admiredigital.ae and we will explain it.

    1. Who we are

Admire Digital Marketing FZC is a company licensed in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone (SPC Free Zone), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under trade licence number 4308844.01. Our registered address is Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Admire Digital Marketing FZC is the controller of the personal information described below. You can reach us at any time at hello@admiredigital.ae.

    2. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to this website, admiredigital.ae, and to enquiries you send us through it.

It does not cover Nimply, our social media management platform. Nimply is built, owned, and operated by Admire Digital Marketing FZC, but it is a separate product with its own privacy policy and terms. If you are a Nimply user, please read the Nimply Privacy Policy instead.

    3. Information we collect

Information you give us. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message. The form does not submit to our servers: it opens your own email application with the details pre-filled, so nothing is sent until you choose to send it. We then receive your message as an ordinary email at hello@admiredigital.ae.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect limited technical information when you visit, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics:

    • Device and browser type, operating system, and screen size
    • Pages you view, how long you stay, and the links you follow
    • Approximate location, derived from your IP address at country or city level
    • The website or campaign that referred you to us

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

    4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to remember basic preferences such as your language choice. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not stop you from using this website. You can also install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

    5. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

    • Respond to your enquiry and discuss the services you asked about
    • Prepare proposals and deliver services you engage us for
    • Understand how our website is used, and improve its content and performance
    • Protect our website and business against fraud, abuse, and security incidents
    • Meet our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

    6. Our legal bases

Where the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, the EU/UK GDPR, or comparable laws apply to you, we rely on the following legal bases:

    • Consent, when you send us an enquiry or accept analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
    • Performance of a contract, when we provide services you have engaged us for, or take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
    • Legitimate interests, when we analyse website usage, secure our systems, and promote our services in a proportionate way.
    • Legal obligation, when we are required to retain or disclose information by law.

    7. Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as far as they need it:

    • Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting, content delivery, and security
    • Google LLC — Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
    • Our email provider, which delivers and stores the enquiries you send us

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so, where necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

    8. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates, and the providers listed above operate globally. Your information may therefore be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States and countries in the European Union.

Where we transfer personal information out of a jurisdiction that restricts such transfers, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision covering the destination country.

    9. How long we keep information

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client or we are required to keep the records for longer.

Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics, after which it is deleted or aggregated so it can no longer identify you.

    10. Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the size of our business, including encryption of traffic in transit over HTTPS, access controls on the accounts that can read enquiry email, and providers that maintain recognised security standards.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential material to us through the contact form.

    11. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

    • Ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it
    • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
    • Ask us to delete your information, where we have no continuing reason to keep it
    • Object to, or ask us to restrict, how we process your information
    • Receive your information in a portable, machine-readable format
    • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand
    • Complain to your local data protection authority, or to the UAE Data Office

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@admiredigital.ae. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

    12. Children

This website and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

    13. Links to other websites

Our website links to other websites, including nimply.io. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of websites we do not operate, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

    14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by placing a notice on this website.
